We package every plant we send from our door to yours as carefully as possible to avoid damage during transit. Our standard practice is to ship most plants bare-root, wrapped securely to maintain moisture unless otherwise stated.

Fragile or large specimens receive extra padding and custom supports.

Shipping Regions
We ship exclusively within the United States and cannot process orders outside the U.S. at this time.

Shipping Timing
Orders are scheduled to avoid weekend and holiday delays. Shipments typically depart Monday through Wednesday to ensure prompt delivery and active tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipment for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard refunds and replacements policy applies.

Local Pickup
Residents of Minnesota can arrange local pickup in Cannon Falls. Please connect with us before ordering to schedule your pickup time.

Refunds & Replacements
If a plant does not survive for more than two weeks after arrival or is destroyed in transit, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.
